Abstract

Abstract: 

The developments in the tourism industry in the world have imposed on the tourism organizations to use information and communication technology in all their marketing and promotional programs in order to survive and continue in the severe competitive environment that this sector is witnessing, and this is why this study came with the aim of highlighting the extent of the impact of electronic promotion in stimulating demand for Tourism services, where a field study will be conducted for a random sample of tourism agencies in Algeria by using various data collection tools which are necessary for such studies, and the statistical analysis program spss will be used to analyze the data.

ان التطورات التي عرفتها صناعة السياحة في العالم، فرضت على المؤسسات السياحية استخدام تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال في كافة برامجها التسويقية والترويجية من اجل البقاء والاستمرار في ظل البيئة التنافسية الحادة التي يشهدها هذا القطاع، ولهذا جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف ابراز مدى تأثير الترويج الالكتروني في تنشيط الطلب على الخدمات السياحية ،حيث سيتم اجراء دراسة ميدانية لعينة عشوائية من الوكلات السياحية في الجزائر عن طريق استعمال مختلف ادوات جمع البيانات اللازمة لمثل هذه الدراسات، كما سيتم استعمال برنامج التحليل الاحصائي spss لتحليل البيانات.

Les développements de l'industrie du tourisme dans le monde ont imposé aux établissements touristiques d'utiliser les technologies de l'information et de la communication dans tous leurs programmes de marketing et de promotion afin de survivre et de continuer dans l'environnement concurrentiel sévère auquel ce secteur est confronté, et c'est pourquoi cette étude est venue dans le but de mettre en évidence l'ampleur de l'impact de la promotion électronique dans la stimulation de la demande de services touristiques, où une étude de cas sera menée pour un échantillon aléatoire d'agences de tourisme en Algérie en utilisant divers outils de collecte de données nécessaires à ces études, et le programme d'analyse statistique spss sera également utilisé pour analyser les données.
